Should you not take responsibility for missing the second attempt squat instead of blaming the coaches decisions?

@@ev1bl what video did you watch? Nowhere in any of this did I “blame” anyone. Also the squat was over ruled over a bump in squat command. Please do better before commenting negatively. Whatever you’re going through I hope you get past it and heal

Do you think training 5 days a week, is to much for someone in there 50's?

I'm 52 and have been training 5 days a week for a few years now. For many years I used to train 6 days a week.

It really depends on how hard you’re training. Intensity over time in the gym is what I believe matters most. I like a 4 on 3 off split. Recovery is the other side of the equation for a healthy body
