Glad to see you. Can you tell, what is your real weight during competitions? (not weight category or weigh-in) What is your height? And what is your personal record in squat without knee pads out of competitions? I am conducting personal research on records and anthropometric data.

squats are my favourite because I like the pressure from being almost crushed and lifting it
@shalquoirfanАй бұрын
Bench press, because it's the only exercise where I can simultaneously crush my chest and self-esteem, all while the only thing I'm at risk of herniating is my ego, and the only thing I'm likely to puke up is my lunch... from laughing at my 1RM.
@tamarindegaming4607Ай бұрын
My favourite lift is the squat. Because i’ve been able to grind and hit prs with my squat consistently. Even though i have long femures, i do actually enjoy squatting a lot. I like it so much that i have incorporated squating 3x a week in my program!
@danfarber1321Ай бұрын
Great review, love the new combo! The squat is my favorite because it's more than just a lift, it’s a test of character. It teaches you to embrace discomfort, push past limits, and rise even when everything in you wants to quit. The squat doesn’t care about excuses, it forces you to be honest with yourself. It’s raw, unforgiving, and humbling, but nothing is more rewarding than standing up under the bar.
@MikuJrdАй бұрын
My favorite lift is Squats because it's my weakest lift. Improving the muscles around my legs (especially my adductors, god they're weak) makes me feel fulfilled when I get out of the hole with a weight I've never moved. Loving the things you hate is what makes you stronger, I think.

my favorite lift is squat. It's my favorite bc ive had an injury on my knee and chronic knee pain for about 4 years by now and I thought I would just never squat again. But ive recently gotten into powerlifting and am determined to do whatever it takes so ive enter pt and started squatting again slowly working back up, so its fun to see the progression to where I want to be eventually!

Deadlifts are my favorite lift because I feel like I’m Thor pulling Mjolnir and finally being worthy of a PR.

My favorite lift is the squat. It is my favorite because its the best way to describe life! You have everything weigh you down in life, and what do you have to do? You have to bring yourself back up. Just like a squat, you have the weight of the bar on your back bringing you down and the only thing you can do is bring yourself back up over and over. Thats life
@johanns3846Ай бұрын
My favourite lift, by far is squat. I like how there always seems to be a little air of danger to the lift. Getting a heavy squat out of the hole is one of my favourite things. Leg days are the best days!! Love your content man. It's getting better and better the more you drop.

16:41 What bullshit for a judge to admit that to you. In the IPF rule book, judging is to always benefit the lifter when in doubt and favors white over red lights.

Good review. Your point of including the handles is invalid. Price point is big factor and handles are preference based so increased shipping cost for regular consumer isn't good answer.
