2024 Yamaha FJR 1300ES First Service

Hey guys welcome back to the channel. In this video I talk a little about the initial break in period, and I change my oil for the first service on my 2024 Yamaha FJR 1300es. Take the lower fairing bolt out and put a piece of tinfoil over it, then take your filter off, i also changed the diff oil the same day 200 ml

Yep, you can also put foil up and under the filter prior to removing same, shape it so if any oil comes out, you can direct it to the container.

I have had excellent luck with Valvoline motorcycle oil. Buy at Walmart, lots cheaper.

I can save you more money, oil MOTUL 7100 10W-40 Amazon 4 litre jug, Oil filter HIFLOFILTRO HF 204

I use the same oil in my WR250R. Figured I would use the oil suggested by Yamaha for first oil change.
