I ordered a new 2024 WR450F and a new competition ECU for it. I will be uncorking it and want to be able to program it with the smart phone. I went with the WR because I want to make it street legal and the WR will be much easier to do that. Having a headlight, taillight, speedometer and radiator fan and a lot more electrical output. The WR450F just works better for my trail riding.

My left boot also gets caught on my '21 250FX but it was the exhaust shield and not the side panel.

I think this adjustable 450 makes more sense than 350. Would be nice to have along with my 250x 2t.

I can’t decide FX or WR. 450 or 250.Someone help. I can’t decide. Southern Ohio single track. Leaning toward the 450 for the torque on hill climbs.

How is the starting after a stall? Some of the previous generation fx models struggled to restart

Starts way easier than the last models

Also on your current bike turn up the idle a tiny bit and that helps a ton too if your cable is stretched out too that makes a big difference

tamed map 450FX vs a built 250FX? anyone have experience?
