This will be my next motorcycle. Did about 20.000 km on my 2019 SR/F, and loved every one of it. Now it's time for an update. Premium with Rapid Charger will do for me.

2020 SR/F owner, and I'd love for you guys to put the engineers in charge again. And focus on a support network. As a resident in San Jose, about 30 miles from your headquarters, it is absolutely inexcusable that I need a ride up to San Francisco for service, and that I can't get it service in the manufacturer's hometown. The irony is I need to take it to SF to get a diagnosis as why I can't make it to SF (and back, a 100 mile trip within spec). I managed to deplete 97% charge on the 60 mile trip up there, and I really need to be able to get 100 miles out of a charge. And I honestly preferred the launch version of the software as the trip meter actually told my consumption per trip instead whatever imaginary number it displays now - the trip consumption rarely deviates from the instantaneous reading, and both are dead wrong. It's almost like you're intentionally hindered my ability to diagnose a shot battery pack just to have me to come back to a service network that doesn't exist. I want to love this bike, I really do, but my ownership of this bike of 17k miles later has been marred by range anxiety exacerbated by faulty battery pack combined the onboard computer obfuscating critical information to its operation and diagnostics. I'm bringing in the bike for the 2nd time to have repaired under warranty. I got really excited hearing about the 17.3kwhr pack, but if I have to ride up 50 miles every time I have an issue with the drivetrain, and pay a premium for scarce support, it's going to be a hard pass.

Hey Zero! I'd love to see a new SR/* design that is 10% longer, 10% taller, 10% wide, 30% more torque, 30% higher top speed, and 30% more range. Basically a moderate 1.1x scale-up of the existing design in all three dimensions. Just a suggestion!

The one thing i really like is how they set 100% at 80+/-% which allows for faster dayto day charging, better long term batery health and then the ,extra for long trips. Cars shouod also have that as a standard.

Ive never even considered any sort of motorcycle before im very new to the motorcycle community but ive looking at live wire bikes lately but that may fall short of my needs however the zero sr/f may definitely be a option might need abit extra saving up this is definitely on my list only slight negative is my nearest dealer is Nottingham which is a fair distance from Yorkshire

Chinese are no long en route but are here as suddenly is all of Europe so brutally competitve market quite suddenly to include hydrids from Kawasaki now. Great job working with Polaris tho! Expecting great things for Model Year 2025 this Fall. Huge fan of having reverse in a motorcycle so Honda better keep their eyes on the hybrid models which i have no doubt will offer that.

Great bike. But mine is highly unreliable with its battery pack. The 3rd one is about to be installed. 20000$. I still love her 😞 Back braking is not that good , and riding while raining makes the belt very noisy. But sill , a fantastic powerful motorcycle.

If I could just get that dc fast charging. Especially on the fxs/fxe. I mean Energica can use Tesla chargers and dc so like you guys are missing the ball hard on this. Why my money will go to Energica and unfortunately not srf.
