The equipment, especially if it is new equipment, will go through thorough testing. The test engineers have no contact with the suppliers. Isa pa, labis na mahigpit ang quality control sa mga papasok na equipment na binibili ng Meralco. Medyo may kalakihan naman siguro suweldo at mga benefits ng mga taga Meralco kaya mag-iingat din cla sa mga corruption para hindi matanggal sa company.

More likely ang differences ng premium sa base model, may sun roof, mas malaking mags, mas malaki na battery( 18kwh), may 360 camera. So far yan ang alam ko. Which is for me, parang d worth it. Haha

Have test drive this unit (Premium) yesterday and ang masasabi ko lang sa Honda City and Civic pa rin ako. Take note RIT on my take on this sedan: Negative: 1. Interior quality ang layo sa Honda cars. Iba pa rin ang feel ng leather seats ng Honda and yung amoy bago. Parang sa BYD wala ng amoy-bago to think na brand new yung unit 2. Flimsy mga buttons compared to other Japanese and American cars. Touch and feel pa lang alam mo ng tipid sa materials na ginamit. 3. Yung mga buttons hindi sya tactile and hindi mo sure kung kumagat kapag pinipindot mga buttons 4. May cruise control but not adaptive cruise control. Wala rin lane keep assist and auto stop kapag may nag stop or tumawid sa front. Honda basic sa lahat ng unit yung Honda sensing 5. Ang liit ng gauge cluster compared sa ibang model ng BYD 6. Eto based naman sa experience ko while driving on the road. Hindi dapat mahirap ang access sa mga buttons kasi halos lahat nasa screen and need mo pang mag babad sa screen para ma access mo yung simple buttons on aircon, radio etc. 7. Iba pa rin ang engine response ng Honda cars. Medyo lagging and mabagal ang response ng BYD engine except kapag naka EV mode. Positive: 1. May sunroof but not my preference. I have one on my Ford Explorer but never ko naman binubuksan. Useless based on experience. Nakakadagdag pa sa init since direct na tinatamaan ng araw. Pampa porma lang ika nga. 2. Very responsive ang touch screen 3. May apply car play and android auto na both wireless 4. May wireless charger but noticed na mabagal mag charge but at least meron 5. Malaki yung trunk nya halos same sa Honda City 6. Of course may hybrid battery that can run on battery within City. 7. Mas matipid sa gas dur to EV mode.

Hows the experience after 8yrs? A lot of complaints about bettery replacement in china. Battery is more expensive than the entire car. This will make he unit depreciate faster than usual, more expensive to repair if damaged, insurance is more expensive. Just with these, sulit kaya yung na "tipid" sa initial purchase price at fuel consumption?
