2025 Clinical Research Realistic Predictions

I’m an RN trying to jump into research and CRA was my first choice. I took a GCP class and I was going to pay the certification fee for CRA… now this gives me second thoughts. I can’t find an entry level position near me or remote.

I’m a PMA based in South Africa, working for a global CRO. My goal for this year is to get either an Associate CRA position or Associate PM position. I have more experience within project leadership, but would like to go into monitoring because of how the landscape of project management is changing. I feel like monitoring would give me some kind of security in the future. Do you think there’s some flaw in my thinking?

What about CTA, In-House CRAs roles? CTA roles in my company are being outsourced out of the country.

Outsourcing is definitely a trend at the CRO’s
