Why delicate luxury when there is the Grand Cherokee and Wagoneer? Many people would buy basic strip model that is rugged and reliable. These are Patriot, Compass, Cherokee, Renegade crowd. They have to first be affordable.

Stellantis is going to kill the essence of Jeep. Jeep is not supposed to be a luxury brand. It looks ok but it’s getting off base. I own a 23 Compass and it already is too sporty rather than rugged. Stellantis has other brands they should go luxury with. I own a Gladiator to. Keep Jeep rugged.

I personally don't believe the Compass and Cherokee are off road rugged vehicles. I reserve that for the gladiator, wrangler, and renegade. Should've never stopped US production imo

That's not a real good price point seller. I've had a compass for years and just recently took is final trip to the junk yard. I'm glad they're getting away from that horrible cvt transmission that left probably 10's of thousands of folks in financial ruin. With that bad rep in place and the big 3 already hurting with truck and suv prices being what they are, that very few can afford one... I'm not sure how this is going to do with that high of a starting price. Well have to wait and see.
