big problem here, the euro version is 31kwh battery, gives 81 miles of electric range, stupid us version is 24kwh gives 54 miles !!! i call this bullshit

Well we want to be factually correct here! The Euro version, as well as certain other markets around the globe get this exact same version we get (except for some tweak regulations here and there) .and here is the BUT, they are also offered a model there known specifically as the GLC 400E plugin hybrid. Which is the wattage you are referring to 31KW but does NOT get 81 miles. It gets about 120km (about 74 miles if you're driving like an 89 year old). I'm sure Mercedes has done their H/W for the U.S. market and doesn't want to eat too much into its sales of it's "Bread n Butter" GLE class ;) So they are obviously not going to share that part of it's portfolio of gas-sipping cars with the U.S. Hey, I for one am thankful we got this 54 electric range + as the 350e only here. Remember their arch-nemesis in this category is the Lexus RX450H+ and they may have just "upped them" in this section...as for others 🙄

@@femidawodu5514 so got some news here, there will be a 31kwh glc in 2026 !! See ? This is why i call this version bullshit, they're playing with us nothing else ! I hope the plan stays at it is, will skip this version and simply wait for the 2026, for some reason the value of this car is crashing, like a 2024 gle 24kw that gives about 50 miles , almost brand new is down to 63k !!! Craaazy

The GLC 350e in North America is the same spec as the GLC 300e in Europe, I believe. Also, the GLC 350e in the US may have more power than the GLC300 overall, BUT it is a lot heavier and therefore slower 0-60 and worse handling. It is more expensive to buy, more expensive to maintain, more things to go wrong. Is it worth it? You decide.

My GLC 350e gives about 65 miles if it is fully charged. Mercedes is super conservative. I am happy with the range.
