You have to be realistic too though. He played well, but it was one game against second stringers. He still is the late round prospect with a lot of questions regarding him becoming a polished QB. Maybe you can flip him for a higher pick than you drafted him, but I think a 5th rounder is the highest since a lot of this year’s mid round prospects have similar grades to him anyway.

Man this is a love hate relationship with this draft for the Bears. 1. Banks. - We don’t need a tackle. Sure we can upgrade over Braxton, but this guy is probably a guard. Is he an IOL worth the 10th pick? Much rather trade back and accumulate picks. Then draft Millum who would be a stud guard or center, and fill in at OT. 2. Nolan. - I love you. One of my favorites. Standing O. 3a. Trade back! Love it. More picks in the meat of the draft. 3b. Swinson. You did WHAT!?! - Killing me taking Princely the pick before but fine. This is another great trade back opportunity. Especially with the talent left 4. My Man! - I love Tate and we need to draft at least 2 linemen in the 1st 3 rd. Maybe 3 if we can accumulate picks. Still need a rb in the 3rd or 4th, and probably a safety in the same range but don’t have the capital for them. Braxton Jones is a middle of the road LT, we have Kiran as a developmental prospect behind him, and next year is rumored to be a strong OT class. Trade 10 and gimme as many picks from about 17 to 100 as we can. Get 2-3 IOL, a top 40 pick DT, Edge, RB, S and maybe another developmental T like Sawyer. In the 1st 4 rds. Re Swinson, that comment is a little tongue in cheek. I’m no scout, so maybe you’re right. Just so many edges, and at that point we still need a lot. A decent draft, but for me you have to be looking at IOL in R3. Most fans would say that our dream off-season on the OL would be officially moving JPJ to Center, trading away Andre James, and moving Meredith back to the bench. Parham is "fine" at RG, and (despite the hate on draft day) Glaze has really shown promise at RT... so there's a gaping hole for a starting LG as things stand.

Would be my ideal draft for the Broncos but I'd be unsure if we're going safety in the 3rd round. I think Sean Payton really likes Brandon Jones and PJ Locke. IMO we go after a WR in the 3rd and my guess is that if there's any doubt that he would go early we'd trade up for Tez Johnson since he's Bo Nix's literal brother (not literally I guess but about as literal as you can get without full adoption. Wan'Dale Robinson SUCKS. they have arguably the fastest WR in the NFL and they NEVER throw Jalin Hyatt the ball. He burned Detroit Lions defensive stud Brian Branch in the tenn vs alabama game. He had 5 TDs and over 200 yds receiving. Joe Schoen is a HORRIBLE GM and Brian Daboll is an even worse HC. There are so many holes in the Giants starting line up that wasting it on another WR is a big mistake.
