I happened to watch Emilia Perez two days ago since it premiered in France And Selena's performance still gives me chills, she has plenty of baity scenes Karla is a revelation in this film Zoe is definitely the co-lead actress and her character is more subtle compared to the two other actresses. Subtle, withdrawn, soft-spoken, naive, yet still slightly seductive and he does get really melancholy towards the end. All won some of those awards, and 2 of them - English spoken, won Picture AND Director. Meaning, The Room Next Door looks a viable nominee for Picture, Director, Actress, S.
