On the 15th of May, 2027, the 49th RA IV Hurricane committee meeting took place. This meeting was placed to discuss the event of the 2026 Atlantic Hurricane season. One of the topics that was discussed was the evaluation of each storm and to determine if it was deadly or costly enough to be retired for future use. The W.M.O members then ultimately decided to retire the names Gonzalo, Kyle, Marco, Nana, Sally, Vicky, Braylen, Heath, Pax, Sophie, Cecil, and Eve. This marks a record breaking season of retired names as 12 names were retired. The 2026 Atlantic Hurricane season was a very active and destructive season, and the W.M.O fears of worse in later years. Anyways, the retired names will be replaced with Geraldo, Kaden, Martinez, Noelia, Sage, Victoria, Braxton, Hayes, Pat, Stella, Carwyn, and Eden in the 2032 Atlantic Hurricane season respectively.

Probably about the same. This media driven narrative that hurricanes are stronger and more frequent is bogus as all hell. The 1990s were actually worse in terms of more frequent and major hurricanes than the 2000s or 2010s. Stop listening to all the fear mongering in the media. They play that shit up to get ratings. Global warming isn't causing "mutant hurricanes", and even if it were, unless you're willing to stop driving cars or flying airplanes, any actions taken to try to lessen pollution will be minimal at best. The industrial revolution/coal age was far more detrimental to atmospheric effects than we could ever dream of today with all the regulations already in place. Not to mention the nuclear waste flooded into the atmosphere in the 1950s-1960s that everyone conveniently lets slide that most likely blasted gapping holes into the upper atmosphere. Earth's conditions always vary and are in flux, yet cyclical, just as the Sun's are. We still can't even come close to 100% accuracy on the weather tomorrow. So this notion of certain doom & gloom in the near future from global warming is such a crapshoot piece of fear porn drummed up to cause panic and compliance. Besides, if it were as bad as they claim, there isn't a damn thing we can do about it at this point.

I don't pay attention to that global warming stuff because i choose not to. The thing is that for the 2026 hurricane season, we don't know how many storms will form that year and how many major hurricanes will form. To me a hypothetical is just another word called a prediction.
