Kia did a fantastic job with most of the updates. The Ac/ audio controls isn't my favorite either but it does work.

The biggest deal of this refresh is getting rid of the piano black in the center console and door controls. That is such a big deal in terms of usability that it'd be worth waiting for a 2026 model alone. It still baffles me that piano black hasn't completely died from car interiors yet.

I enjoyed the previous boomerang design previously versus this. They should have kept it unique, but this is still a pretty design. I do agree with the knob versus the stick. They got rid of a lot of the gloss, which was a good move. Instead of a PHEV though, they should copy what Honda does with their hybrids. Overall, not a bad vehicle.

I have the 2023 X-Pro, I love the daytime running lights. The refresh is ok, the new light design follows their current design, the interior updates are nice too. Kia is definitely a worthy brand. I’m very impressed. I’ll still very excited with my 2023 X-Pro. Great review, Great job Kia.

we need a test about the mechanical vs e4wd, i don't think there is as much of a difference for most people, unless your doing serious off-roading, which you'll never do in this car

Awful lotta bots in the comment section, geez. Love the AoA car show content! I like the thoughtful interior details from Kia/Hyundai but I have a hard time with the exterior design. It’s definitely trendy, not timeless. That said, I’d rather have the climate control have dedicated buttons while making stuff like auto brake-hold something to access through a menu.

I wish they would simplify the hybrid and move to a range extender system. Ditch the troublesome DCT entirely and go with a bigger electric motor + stronger batteries. Looks good otherwise.

I was recently at my friends shop and a lady was very distressed over her 2019 Kia Telluride which is burning lots of oil. She has 90k miles and was still under the 10yr/100k mile warranty. She said Kia told her she was out of warranty?! We were both confused…did Kia/ Hyundai changed their warranty? We told her to go right to corporate….and move to another brand.

That volume/HVAC panel is still a non-starter for me. Thank you for showing the PHEV basement! Apparently the '25 Tucson PHEV has the 12V built into the traction battery so I was hoping that area was somewhat reclaimed.

The HVAC controls are just bad design. After adjusting the HVAC, the screen should simply revert back to Media controls after a minute. That would be such an easy fix.

We have the pre-refresh model. I won't like, the biggest improvement is they got rid of all that miserable piano black plastic! We use ours to drive to Disney in the summer from Pennsylvania and it's full with 2 kids and our stuff but we make it and get about 33 mpg going around 70-75 mph. It's been trouble free so far and my wife is happy with the luxury features and mpg. I still prefer something faster but this is a fantastic SUV.
