I love All Creatures Great and Small. I’ve read all the books too. I haven’t seen the new tv version though. I also bought the audiobook version to listen. My niece lives in Clarksville where the tornado hit. They are okay. Her kids are helping those affected by making cookies and offering home to those without. People can be wonderful!

Granny Pat, hope you are having a wonderful Friday morning. Another great recipe i really like chicken casserole its great anytime of the year . I do like turkey sometimes but only the breast but i always had to do a huge turkey for the holidays and a big ham with it for Christmas. I dont cook anymore haven't been able to fir over 3 yrs i do miss doing the big dinners for everyone to come and enjoy . I would have to say STRAWBERRY SALAD/DESSERT. It can be used either way and makes a pretty dish. I think I have already posted the recipe. I’ll have to check and see. If you have my cookbook, it’s on page 77. Actually, just make one red layer and one white layer. Make sure the red layer is completely gelled before adding the white layer. It is beautiful placed in a clear glass bowl, one with straight sides. It works for afternoon tea. Use a square/rectangle pyrex dish. Cut in squares, place on lettuce leaf and seve with Club crackers. Very tasty and pretty. You could add a small topping of whipped cream for looks. Good luck.

Wow! Paris, France -my recipe. Give it a trial run to make sure you have the right consistency. Use all of the cream of chicken soup but measure a little at a time with the broth. You don’t want it to be too wet. If it appears so, just add more cornbread crumbs. Mine is delicious.

@@langeblanc494 NO, about a quarter to 1/3 cup broth mixed with the cream of chicken soup should be enough. It’s a trial and error type thing, but either way, it will be good. If you like, you can layer your onions/celery. I mix them with soup because it is easier.
