The vegetable squares is a new recipe for me. Never heard of them but what a lovely addition to picnic fare. Part of what makes you such a great storyteller is you have a Mark Twain wit. That’s high praise from me to you. If somebody bruises their toes on one of your stories, that’s not your fault. Dogs do what dogs do and they bark at the moon.the moon does what the moon does and just keeps shining. Please don’t stop. You are a treasure

Granny Pat I love your channel! It popped up in my feed a few weeks ago and I am so glad it did. To me it's like visiting with one of my grandmothers. Sadly neither of them are still with us but when I spent time with them there was always a story, always something to eat, and always a laugh. Sometimes the biggest laughs we had were in conversations we had after a deeplly sad tearful story. Sad stories make us appreciate how blessed we are just to even be here. In that appreciation we often found laughter. We all tend to get wrapped up in our own perceived hardships and forget what true heart break is. Empathy can only be learned from others. So please tell your stories good and bad. I would love to hear them all. As for offending folks you could give some people a thousand dollars cash in an envelope and they would be offended by the color of the envelope. Ignore those people and continue to be yourself. That's why the rest of us are here. For you.❤

My grandfather used to tell me stories when I was just about the age of my grandsons. I remember loving those stories and I thought they were all true and that he was such a hero. Please keep telling your stories and sharing your life with us. You are precious and we need you. I hope you feel all the love we, your viewers, feel towards you and that it uplifts you to know how much you mean to so many people. (((Hugs))) ~Kricket
