Best pilates instructor on youtube...and to my Ehlers Danlos and hypermobility friends, Isa's workouts are so much safer for fragile bodies than the others I've done!

Now this is what I call a beginners Pilates video! I haven't done pilates in a very long time, I am unfit and it's hard to move a larger body the way that a thinner body can move.

I love when you keep beat; it really helps. I had a little trouble with the first sequence as it hurt my wrists and I had to stop and give them a break a couple of times (I have very small wrists) - but otherwise it was excellent. 💠

I LOVE your personality!!! Kept me engaged the entire class... and this may sound odd but hearing your breathing kept me conscious of my breath as well. Cant wait to watch more of your videos!

This is a great workout thank u but I couldn’t manage the floor exercise of lifting each leg at time of floor. (Instead I did clam shells) but everything else I could do.
