You are to me the best yoga teacher on the internet and I’ve watched a LOT OF IRRITATING SHT. You always say just the right amount of things to focus on physically and mentally, and NO MUSIC and no extra frustrating talking and overexplaining or going way off track on a tangent of woo woo talk, and you really explain things so well I could just close my eyes and follow everything by instruction and I feel so safe in your guidance!❤❤❤

Great practice! Wonderful flow, it feels really nice and balanced. As someone who is recovering from an eating disorder, I find it so helpful that you always talk about building strength and resilience instead of 'toning' or 'slimming'. So thank you so much for that!
