highly recommend to try this one out with a mirror so that you can constantly check if you're in correct alignment. It may seem like an easy flow but moving along with correct alignment makes a huge difference and it really helps with my spine!! Thank you Christine!

I was wondering if it would be possible to get some content/tips about yoga for disc herniation, since I feel like scoliosis and bulging discs can often coincide due to incrrased pressure on the spine. I cant really find exercises that would benefit (or be suitable for) both of these conditions. Looking for any advice. Thanks!
