Thank you so much guys! Samil, you just made a masterpiece, inside out. The attention to detail is absolutely amazing! Can you link the 3d printed jig that you made, it will be so much help I am planning a 20S 4P With MoliP45B cells, aiming for 150-180A discharge rates. Hope the jjg will fit 80 P45Bs ;)

should not at least one or two temp sensors be in centre of the pack??

Very, very interesting build. What is that black "glue" you use? Thank you for the informative video.

Nice packs, just curious, do you match cells when assembling packs?

the Adria 24 has 52v 30 Ah (14s6p) ... they moved the voltage meter from the rear low end to the front (where the hand grip ist to free a complete row on low end)... so it's room for 84 cells ..
@ElectricBikeLaboratory2 ай бұрын
Can you send a link ? 🙏
@dg9bfc2 ай бұрын
@@ElectricBikeLaboratory if you look on the tuttio page for the Adria and zoom up the picture you can see the voltmeter moved to the front area where the hand grip hole was in the 25 Ah pack .. and I know there is a tiny bit of room below the 70 cells pack (I looked in my genuine pack and in my upp pack . both 25 Ah with the voltmeter on rear left side) ... so my best guess is that they could use that room by moving voltmeter to add another row... or .. they used 6Ah 21700 (yes we now can get 6 Ah cells) but then they would not need to move voltmeter... so I think it's 14s6p in the Adria and a 60 A BMS ... while seeker has 14s5p and a 50 A BMS as reported I added another 25Ah 50 A BMS pack in parallel so I could pull up to 100 A peak... at least here the battery is not the weak point 😁 and I may shunt mod the controllers and increase the cooling by adding bigger heatsinks
@dg9bfc2 ай бұрын
@@ElectricBikeLaboratoryand if you look on your jig at that area there is room for 3 cells if not 4 ... and where you placed the BMS there may also be some room left ... means 84 cells is possible 90 would be even better for a 56.2V pack in 15s 6p 63V peak voltage instead 58.8.. with such a pack (or better say 2 of them) I would gain another 3 to 4 kmh.. 65kmh would then be possible with my seeker26

do you have another link for the cnc copper plates? thanks
@anybloxs49903 ай бұрын
what about heat management? suppose you do pull 60+ amps, im sure some heat in the cells will be generated... where will that heat go in a plastic case?
@davidhazel363 ай бұрын
Same place it goes in any plastic battery case.
