I've been using a daily zinc supplement since 2020 and I've only been sick, once, possibly twice max since then (only one was memorable). Anyways I highly suggest you look into that, it's cheap as hell, feel free to research. Good to see you back.

Get a hydrometer and a dehumidifier. Run it remove the moisture for a better, fresher environment to work out in.

Your main video that got loads of views inspired me to get into best shape of my life in late forties Like you I’ve slipped back into gaining a few pounds So I’m back to join the journey with you 😉 Weekly photos defo a good choice for accountability I need to weigh in at exact same time in morning, when dry before liquid consumption for an accurate measurement Can easily go 6 pound up with water weight

Don’t focus on how much you weigh! Instead concentrate to build muscle and strength and decrease the fat on your body. 👍
