If you love Chair Yoga Dance then you will enjoy this Sentimental Journey with the Elders from the Village of Vista in Southern California. In this 21-Day Dance Challenge, you will have a front row seat into the birth and evolution of Chair Yoga Dance as it was first introduced to a group of seniors ages 50-90+. Chair Yoga Dance is a fun movement modality that everyone can do! It will get you dancing and feeling great in your body again!
The classes presented in this Challenge are in chronological order so that you can evolve with us as you learn more about how your aging body works, and how Dancing and Moving will keep you healthy for many years to come! You will be introduced to 10 Dances in this 21-Day Challenge which will improve your physical mobility, increase your memory capacity and put a skip and a smile into your step!
As you enter into Week 2 and 3, your stamina will be stronger so that you can enjoy the All-Dancing classes with amazement! And if you love this 21-Day Chair Yoga Dance Challenge, we have another one coming! Join in!
