It’s good to change things up now and then to keep your body guessing and this 21 minute broom workout does just that. All you need for this total body workout is a broomstick and a mat.
Tabata
(20 seconds of work,10 seconds of rest)
4 rounds each exercise
1. Superman
2. Seated flutter kicks & overhead press
3. Leaning camel & overhead Raise
4. Squat & front raise
5. Overhead marching & kick
6. Deadlift, front raise & Overhead reach
