Yes, rebounding is my favorite!!! I do a lot of your exercises on my rebounder since it's easy on the knees and good for working on balance.

Shalom Paul. I just finished this workout, I stayed on my trampoline however it is hard for me to lift my feet off. I tried a few times but I LISTENED to my body and kept my feet on mat but tried to do all the things you led us to do. Thankyou My problem is the right knee crackling bone on bone my doctor tells me. Do you have any mini workouts that feet stay on mat. It's ok, if you don't I can still get the exercise I need. I was trying to walk 20 min a day on bayou but I decided I wanted a Bellicon so I could exercise with out having to driven Thankyou so much Do you think any activity on this Bellicon daily will help me? JESUS LOVES ME THIS I KNOW JESUS KNOWS ME THIS I LOVE!

Thank you so much for your comments. I don't lift my foot of the mat that much anymore. I usually just press my foot down into the mat. That gives me the basis bounce.

Love your exercises but the beat of the music is too fast for me. More deliberate movement at a less frantic pace is better for this senior.
