It’s impossible to make money out of grocery delivery business in india . Until and unless customers are not ready to pay 200% more on each product. Do the math of delivering a Soap of 50/- rupees within 2km and you will get the answer
@godkumarАй бұрын
Yes completely agree I think these type of quick delivery business will eventually face the problem of pricing the products Because to make money they have to sell the things on MRP and in india people know that most of the products they'll get cheaper at the local store/supermarket And also peope will eventually realize the health demerits of being lazy enough to not getting out of their house even for buying small things And also believe it or not overspending occurs too much on these quick commerce platforms

Within 2 years of business, both the co-founders are left with 25% equity only. By the end of 2025, it may become 10% or even lesser. Imagine the founders owning less than 10% what energy and skin in the game they will ever have to make a profitable business. No wonder Tech startups are maximum burning stations.
@Qeerrtyuu3 ай бұрын
I think you have a wrong way of thinking its high risk high return game and a battle against time i get your point but your correalting it with equity is not correct as even in big corporations the founders own around 5 to 15 percentage and mostly sell of their entire equity.

@Laxmisaagar12 ай бұрын
@Nikhil Kamath - Sir, interviews are great. But would be better for audience if you let the speakers complete their sentences before you cut them off for your next questions. Your questions are great, but they do disservice to the prior answers/thoughts. For example - the guy in white t was explaining about delivery costs based on your prior question, and then you cut him off with next question even before he could complete his thoughts. Yes, it's not a typical interview setup as such. more like a free flowing discussion. Yet, if you could hold back, or use pen/paper to mark it as the question pops up in your head, it would be a lot better for the audience. Thanks again for sharing your discussions! Good luck.
