There is a lot to learn from this video, in fact a life lesson. He took 5 small pieces of vegetables, he could have easily taken 20 or 30 pieces which should not have costed him more than 2 or 3 bucks, but he will never do that, that will defeat the purpose. He took just about right amount, then see how he is respecting each vegetable, tapping gently, with love and care, he literally worshipped those vegetables in front of you. That build up , that show off makes the meal priceless and he just pulled it off. In Thailand streets you get more greasy, more spicy, more yummy and definitely 5 times more quantity food for a price that is 1% of the cost of this meal.
