ikr; what we're so fancy our serving size of rice is only enough to give you 2/3 of an egg. Like someone complain to the manager and tell them to scale up that portion of rice to account for the whole damn egg.

It's all about the proportions, if he used the egg he would have to make more rice and let's be honest this is a big meal and you're not eating every single bit of it. So by throwing it away they're actually being less wasteful.

I have tested giant garlic, and compare it with regular one. And i think giant garlic is less garlicky than the regular one. The flavor is more condensed on the regular garlic.

Did you go to Fukuoka to visit Rachel & Jun? :) Why does the chef @ 18:38 do that thing with the saus? Why doesn't he just bin it straight away, but makes a circus out of it? He also wasted half the egg, like why not just use the whole egg or use a bit more rice?
