I knew back then that they were telling the truth about the abuse. The older brother got it really bad, then the dad went to the younger one. Back then nobody was really coming to help these kids. It just recently came out that an ex teen pop star who in the 80s was part of a very popular Mexican boy band was abused as well. Roy rossello claims that he was drugged and raped by Jose Menendez.

Numerous members of menudo. There was recently a special called something like menendaz & Menudo. Which shows the menudo member facing what truly happened to him and others by Jose as well as the man in charge of Menudo. It’s an unfortunate situation and the main member from Menudo wants to do anything that he can to help free Lyle and Eric.

How these boys are still in prison I dont understand. They were so severely abused&they were persecuted for being flashy after their parents passing yet they were only following the lifestyle his father portrayed to the world. The father was a high up executive in tha music industry which now we know what it really is ....especially for young boys.

I had counseling who listened to me. I wrote my info down and was ignored, it ticks me off that nobody listens. I met cutters, there's always a reason. Children should be protected not harmed.

It’s still so INSANE to me that the judge wouldn’t allow any of the sexual abuse info to be heard during the 2nd court case… that was the WHOLE reason for the murders to begin with… Can you do a reading on the Adnan Syed and Hai Min Lee case????? The Serial Podcast about that case always made me feel like he was innocent, but after listening to the extremely detailed 7 part series on Crime Weekly I don’t see how he possibly could not have been involved in his Ex GFs murder… which is crazy since he was just released recently…

Very sad. We have to do more to protect our children. The frontal lobe of the brain is not fully developed until around the age of 26. This is were we use good judgment. Young people are prayed on because of this and its why they make bad decisions.

Jose was abused by his own mother. Martha , his sister said so. Kitty was also abused.

The father was from Cuba. They said Kitty was afraid of him also. Maybe he thought all his money would make up for it and Kitty was negligent in not doing something to help her children. Everyone makes excuses for one's bad actions. No, the father, who was in charge, would have stopped them, as he would be seen as a nefarious parent and he would rather see them dead then for them to ruin his career. They went to a therapist who was as sick as their parents and wasn't able to help them. I do believe the father would kill them rather than have his name and career destroyed. They were expected to be top notch everything, especially in tennis. The father wanted his sons as trophies. Very difficult to get a new trial. Hearing as to whether this is new evidence and this other boy who Jose also molested from one of the bands which Jose was marketing.

It’s chilling for you to pull that card for the Jose. In Lyle’s testimony at the first trial, Lyle testified that his father had told him father’s have special relationship with their first son. It’s just a normal thing for father to pass down to their first son and it’s expected that Lyle would do the same thing to his son when he has a son in the future.

It was her brother. He was insanely jealous of her. She took a piece of pineapple (remember it was still in her tummy) and he reached for whatever, and got the flashlight and hit on hard as he could on the head, killing her instantly.

The letter was a ploy. It's not dated and probably a decoy for the future plans they had. That drawn snowman didn't necessarily mean it was winter. Sometimes you have to examine and scrutinize EVERYTHING!!!!!

We are ignoring everything we know about generational abuse and the damage that is done to kids abused. Especially SA’d. Kids exposed to very inappropriate sexuality at every age can cause a high risk for continuing this abuse when they have children. The risks are high for them to abuse other children in their family. They don’t know why they are abusing their little sister, they are just doing what they are learning from their parents or other adults around them. Let’s say a 10 year old boy is being abused physically and sex*ally by his father. He also beats his wIfe and probably some addiction involved. This boy turns 13 and so much has just been hard and he goes to school and the kids bully him because he wears hand me downs and just doesn’t fit in. He’s angry so he’s mean to his sister and hurts her often. Might even touch her inappropriately mimicking things done to him by his father. Mom doesn’t protect them from any abuse because she’s fearful dad kill her. What do you think these kids might be like when they grow up? What is the male child at risk for? The sister? If the male killed his parent or parents who is at fault ultimately? Statistics show the males will be offenders in their adult life wether it’s crime, violence or abuse of others. It will fester or they beat the odds. The women don’t typically SA their kids but they can be physically abusive. They marry men who aren’t the greatest, typically abusers of something or someone. Wash, rinse and repeat. Now think of say Jazzy. Her mother. Can you see things going very wrong with this situation that we are watching for entertainment? It is illegal abuse beyond anything I have ever witnessed. Actually witnessing. What if Jazzy would do what these boys did? What will the public be saying? Pretend we don’t even know Jazzy. What are the odds she will live a happy life now sterilized and will never know sexual pleasure ever. If she would take her life would anyone be shocked? We are raising kids but robbing them of childhood. I don’t hate the T community. I actually care. Their beliefs are lies adults are teaching them. 100% lies. Telling kids in kindergarten they can be a boy or a girl? 100% lie and why are we doing this? Any of it? This should be illegal and it is illegal!!! These abuses will always happen but get ready because it is going to be a storm.

They were both diagnosed as sociopathic. They were rebellious and mischievous. Been in trouble several times as youths. They need to stay in prison. They are not rehabilitated.
