Just a tip Juan, if you use a ballpoint hammer and use the ball side for checking your tires, if it bounces they're inflated, if not they're flat. Looks a whole lot easier than whatever you were doing there. Looks like you were just knocking the dust off of them tbh.

Eric Clark most likely same reasons that any other person leaves a place of employment. Either unhappy, search for better opportunities, or both. I’m not John so I can’t speak for him but that’s what I would guess.
