I live near San Francisco and my favorite area is Crissy Field with a view of the bay and the Golden Gate Bridge. I love having picnics there!

Live in LA now and been wanting to do a roadtrip so love this list 😍. Santa Barbara is one of my places ever. It’s always such a getaway place for my hubby and I 🥹

Great list! I visited the USA on a 3 week road trip in 2022 in which we visited California and drove down from SF to San Diego. My favorite part of California was definitely Yosemite, it is one of the most stunning places on earth! SF was also very lovely because it had more atmosphere than other cities like LA. Only visited a small part of San Diego but would have loved to see more!

Never going to USA. But that's okay; lots of YT videos to showcase the place. Hope you and the new family are doing well, mate. Regards from ex-Pat in Brisbane.

I’m visiting in August from Australia! My first trip was in 2019 where I did 7 days in LA. This time I’m doing 2 weeks, SF, Yosemite, Santa Cruz, PCH, LA and hopefully SD. Gonna be expensive but I can’t wait ❤

Great Video Alex as usual, USA is beautiful but really expensive to travel. Are you planning to move back at some point?

I grew up in Ca and unfortunately I never went to Yosemite or Lassen National Park. I sure hope to on one of my 3x a year visits to see family.

Both of those parks are incredible! Lassen is basically empty, Yosemite can get very crowded. Both are worth visiting though :)

Fantastic video, so many beautiful locations. I went to California as a kid (25 years ago now) but I’m guessing it’s changed a lot since I was last there! Would you be interested in making a video discussing how to budget for different travel locations? I’d be really interested in a comparison-style video of what a budget US or Europe trip looks like compared to a financially comfortable/more splurge trip. I really want to do a Euro trip and a US trip (just a few countries and states) but I’m unsure how much to save and I’d be travelling from Australia. 🇦🇺 🦘
