Just watching the first several minutes of this, I am leaving a comment. I am an Operating Room nurse, where cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing efficiently after each surgical case is a top priority. And the tips you gave, are exactly what we do. Always get rid of all the trash first. Put away clean/sterile items back where they go, or put in a location that will allow you to deal with them when you can. Do a “pre-mop or pre-clean” in the dirtiest areas, then clean top-to-bottom, from corner to corner. There a couple more things we do that aren’t relevant to regular house cleaning, but those first steps have transformed how I clean quickly and thoroughly!

My all time favorite cleaning tool is a battery operated Oral B toothbrush. Around $12 at Walmart and instead of throwing away the brushes I have used in my own Oral B I use them to clean all sorts of places. Even my hummingbird feeders.

I love the ‘clean and reuse tip’ that I actually knew but wasn’t practicing since I hadn’t the right motivation. Now that I hear it from you makes such a difference, because you point out that it has to be a micro fiber cloth. Normal clothes used many times are such a mess. Great tips and video, as always!

So I bought the Bona floor washer. I have used MANY of your cleaning hacks. I had to get the one that vibrates...bc amazon only had that one available, but IT WORKS AMAZING, and it IS FASTER!!! Also the clockwise pick up for cleaning works so well with all my daughters toys. Instead of running around putting them away while she takes them out faster, I can sit in one spot and put everything away at once!!! So GREAT

Hi Brittany, The link you left for the long handled bath cleaning brush is to a different one than the one you show in the video. I was hoping you would let me know where you got yours. I am not a fan of the bright blue color on the one you linked. Yours is nicer looking, with just the white and grey muted tones. I would appreciate it, thanks :) .

I'm currently on a cleaning spree in my house and doing it so inefficiently and I'm pregnant too! I would LOVE that wand scrubber to reach so I don't have to lean over. I have two suggestions of my own too... Get one of those trash pincher-picker-upper tools (I see people using then at the side of the road) to save yourself bending down to pick up items. I haven't looked yet but I hope there are some sold with a rubbery round ball shape at the end so it can easily get scraps of paper and stickers my daughter leaves all over the house. I imagine the normal claw shape would have trouble getting the paper. Other cleaning tip is not so much actual cleaning but how to get your spouse to help. I don't use the one time use cleaning wipes much but my husband doesn't like using the spray and dish cloths (I want to buy your Swedish dish cloths soon). Anyways, he's much less likely to find an excuse to not do it of I go ahead and get him the container of throw away wipes. He happily cleans without the usual reminders from me. To me it's worth the purchase if it makes him helping me easier if that makes sense. 😅 Make it easier to recieve help basically. I try not to get picky about doing things "my" way. Hehe anyways, love your video as always! My IG handle is wendyelised
