What is the actual physical mechanism of galactose to glucose transformation? I am aware that there is probably a lot of quantum theory involved, but may I imagine the epimerase very simplistically as an "assembly line" that takes galactose, holds it in place via some hydrogen bonds, then waits for NAD+ molecule which will be bonded with its active site near the 4th carbon atom of galactose and when that happens, it starts a chain of transitions in the structure of epimerase which creates electromagnetic stress on the OH group, which makes the lactone transition possible? (Something similar to ATP synthase creating ATP from ADP which is part of electron transport chain: kzbin.info/www/bejne/oYnTq6Nqh6l6gKs)

(On Saturday Of March 11, 2023). On the Matter of Gluconeogenesis, Carbohydrate Storage (Glycogen Synthesis) and The Tricarboxylic Acid Cycle (Kerb's Masterpience and the Citric Acid Cycle) are basiclly Transmutatons of Carbon in the Gold that Plants and their Masterpiece Glucose: 1) The Fuel of Life Biochemically Molecule (C6H12O6), where obviously Carbon can not act alone but in conjunction with Hydrogen at 2;1 Ration always (otherwise you get Waste Products like Carbon Dioxide or Poisons like Carbon Monoxides). Also the Oxygen Function in the Molecule is to have the Fuel of Conversion within the Fuel, an astounding Feat of Plants and since Sub-atomic particles Precede both Plants and Hadrons, Leptons. I reckon the Large Hadron Collidor has the ability to actually Completely Revolutionize the Electromagnetic Quantum Forces and Gravitational Forces to extend Plants need not be the Primary Energizers of Animation Biological Organic Biochemical Life otherwise modern-Day notion of Adiposity (Since Obesity is the Polemics Herein). In that lies the potential of self-sustaining and Stable Structure and Function of Aeternity. I do not claim to have this Intention or knowledge, but if there is one Sell's Pitch, it certainly is the Fountain of Youth or Heaven or Godliness or the Vanity of Being A God itself. Anyway, that is Glycolysis and the Mitochondrion-Sun Connection (Axis if you Will).
