PSA: DO NOT STORE YOUR MEDICATION IN THE BATHROOM. Meds need to be stored in a cool, dry place (and often out of direct sunlight as well). Storing them in the bathroom can make them break down faster, and with some meds it can even cause you to absorb it too fast and make you sick. Never store meds in the bathroom

Since when does a renter have input into bathroom fixtures? Also, why do you recommend things that have to be bolted to the wall? Not a renter hack for sure. Some of the other ideas are really useful, though. Thanks for posting!

Why would you use separate water lines on toilet/sink combo? Let the sink water drain into the toilet tank and use it to flush. Save on water consumption!

Many of these ideas I believe I can do in my tiny tiny home once I am not in a sea of boxes and can number one get the closets situated. I am itching to craft and sew but literally have a trail thru my apt right now and I have been sleeping on the sofa for months as my bed is the organizing sorting area. I am greatly overwhelmed to the point that I am getting sick. I work long hours at my job have worked back to back Saturdays I have a disabled leg and 3 broken toes currently on the other foot. My dad is elderly and having health issues I do not have one friend I can ask to say hey can you help me I would even pay them. I need to put in for a week off in April and get organized. I am very interested in that laundry bin that was #12 and I wish it was stated who made that. I have no way of receiving replies back on my phone so if you comment I will not see it. I will Google for itaynr I can find it. I love Jensen's ideas and glad I saw this one tonight. Fondly, Rebekah in VA

our apartment is far too small to do any of this. everything is built on top of everything. I can't even open the refrigerator all the way because of how small the space is. the ceilings are low, the toilet is less than a 1 ft from the sink and the bathtub, doors and cabinets do not have top clearance, pantry is too shallow for anything, closets are already packed with storage under the clothes. should have said decent sized, medium sized apartments

wth is a mudroom?
@Sweetlyfe4 жыл бұрын
It’s all the rage in the west, just means, where you can take of your shoes and bags, especially for people with kids and dogs, so in wet weather the dog and kids don’t run straight inside through the house and carry dirt on their shoes, but they also use them to put school bags, coats, and shoes. Originally Farm’s had them mostly in the laundry or on the front veranda/porch. Unlike in Asia where you leave your shoes out the front of the house before you step inside.
@Stephneechan4 жыл бұрын
@@Sweetlyfe Is this an american only thing? Never heard of a mudroom in europe, having lived in both Belgium and the UK, and having travelled to several other countries. Where we take of our shoes, bags, coats etc is usually just called the hallway XD

@@Stephneechan yes but here in Australia we get heaps of American tv all those American house renovation programs, so I know when I lived in the UK they didn’t have them then, but yeah it’s becoming a thing in Australia now too.
