This is how the power steering pump is mounted in a late-model 22RE (I can't speak for the older variants). The donor engine for my truck was from a '92 WITHOUT the PS option.
All that I really needed to do to adapt the pump setup into the donor Long Block was clear out the 4 threaded bolt holes in the aluminum head, and the 1 threaded hole in the block itself.
When I first encountered the 3 hunks of metal needed to hook up the PS pump, I got confused by the single wishbone shaped bracket which supports the main one. It wasn't obvious what it does when wrestling around all the junk you're weaving around in the engine bay.
