Ya I was too impressed. I’m a huge fan of the hogs as well. I went to school there in beautiful Fayetteville. It seemed like we were playing at half speed. I know the heat and humidity is so bad in Arkansas so maybe that was a factor. I hope KJ stays healthy!

Cincinnati played like an SEC team. I know my fellow Arkansas fans are mildly pissed that we barely covered the spread against a top 25 team but Cincinnati is no joke. Luke Fickell is an elite coach and that roster could compete in any conference.

@@KZbin_can_ESAD This year’s Cincinnati team would be on par with like Mississippi State or LSU from last year. Probably 7-5 or 8-4 but would be a Vegas top 25 team. They lost a lot from last year but they’re definitely very good.

But they still lost key players that got em far last year .. they lost this game bc their QB couldn't hit wide open receivers. They'll still go 11-1 and win their conference for the 3rd straight year and since u ppl always complain abt their schedule, why not complain abt bama's or any other big school ? U ppl just don't like em bc they're the only non power 5 team to make the playoffs

Was really neat to be a mostly neutral attendant at this game! But was it sure sloppy on both sides! Arkansas really tried to give away the game but Cincinnati couldn’t convert on their absolutely prime opportunities! Still a really fun second half though!

Cincinnati played well. They probably should've won. But false starts and delays of game plagued their 2nd half comeback. I expect both teams to be ranked in the top 15 by the end of the season. Cincinnati being ranked 23rd is a crime. Going from #4 to #23 is a shame. I thought people were broken out of that G5 narrative.

Interesting game. Cincy players lost helmets 10 times at least. I think they got they chin straps at Dollar Tree. Punters were brothers from Australia. I think Arkansas let their brother play cause his mama was here from Down under. Reid Bauer a better punter. Cincy committed suicide with multiple penalties in a row twice. Plus their qb could not help but overthrow wide open receivers - they would have won if he had hit them. Arkansas had 3 defensive backs injured - not good. All you folks predicting Hogs would win 11-12 games - forget it. 9-4, 10-3 maybe. Dubinion looked like the man at RB, will be starting in a few games. Hornsby needs to be on the field a LOT more. Glad to see Trey Knox have a good game - he could have transferred to East New Jersey Tech and caught 200 balls but he valued the pride of being a RAZORBACK! Nothing Like it. KJ was MVP. Outstanding crowd, looked good on TV. Overall a decent opening game against a very good team. Beat the feathers off those Gamechickens!

No one would’ve thought Arkansas would win 9 games after needing to comeback against Rice last year. They can def still win 10 games or more. Its called adjustments

Plenty of room for improvements. Arkansas with a bowl game still can get 10 wins. Was just a bad start like last year said this time they were a ranked team. Only three bad offense drives. We easily could have scored at the end if they were trying to. If The injured defense players never got hurt and/or Arkansas fumble didn’t happen we should have won 31-17

American Football is the best sport. I know those who love soccer, cricket, hockey, rugby would disagree, but when two average teams of 18 to 22 year young men play a regular season and has more fans than some of those sports championship games, then I have a pretty good argument.

Attendance has more to do with stadium size than popularity. A world cup final could fill 250,000 easily, but if its played in a 70,000 capacity stadium, then that's it. It seems like if you're going to use stadium attendance, then you want to define by popularity? In which case american football is quite far down the global list. Also golf events get huge attendance so that would put them way ahead, going by your metric. Horse racing as well as car racing would then be among the best sports in the world. Basketball would be among the worst large sports, with the small arenas. It seems like you have picked the one incredibly flawed metric to support your own viewpoint, but you have also neglected to follow it through to the logical conclusion that american football does not have the highest attendance and therefore would not be the best sport

Well just popped in to see what college football looks like in 2022. I’d have to say about like everything else Like Shit! Reaffirms why I don’t watch anymore. A bunch of strutting roosters pounding their chest for making a play any HS kid could make. Flexing up after allowing a first down catch to be made in front of them! Yea it was a hard lick but dude got 15 yards on you??? Oh I’m afraid for me football has died an untimely death. Way to many egos on the field at the same time. The concept of a TEAM sport long since lost. So sad!
