@crosseramirez2646 Жыл бұрын
@@sickem223344 I disagree. The Ryan Day we saw in the UGA game can undoubtedly win a chip. We had the best receiver in the country opt out, trouble with injuries at RB, and our best receiver playing out in the third quarter (I think it was the third) and still lost to the national champions by 2. If he keeps calling plays to not lose, we won’t win anything. But if he can continue to be aggressive, then we may win a couple yet. I mean, we lost that Georgia game cause he went back to a conservative play call style in stead of trusting Stroud to get a few more yards to make it a more comfortable kick.

To answer your question, it’s a schedule thing and a talent thing. Ohio State produces top notch talent every year. Also most of our scheduled opponents are Big 10 teams or teams that are really bad. But the past two years when we played Michigan and other playoff teams, they expose a part of our weaknesses other teams find. For example against Michigan and Georgia this year both found our defensive weakness and used them to their advantage. Even though our offense can score as many as they can,if that defense doesn’t get a stop, we don’t win those games.
