Hello Sir, Your tutorial is great , but unfortunatelly in Exchange Server 2019-CU12 you can only create a self-signed certificate. To request for a certificate from CA , use cmdlets. Do you have any suggestions on how this can be done? Thank you.

You can use New-ExchangeCertificate cmdlet to create a new certificate request or renewal. Go through official documentation and see the examples. Link to official docs: docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/exchange/new-exchangecertificate?view=exchange-ps

Need to renew the existing cert, which is going to expire. Do we need to produce CSR or just click renew ? Please kindly advise.

Yes, you can click on renew link which will create a csr file for you. You can also use cmdlet but gui method is very easy to follow.

Open IIS manager and check for the website there. You will find the certsrv virtual directory there, try to access from there.
