23 year old steals grandfathers vehicle, takes state troopers on high speed chase

On February 3, 2022, 23 year old Tyvon Leno stole his grandfathers vehicle near Acoma Pueblo. NMSP officers spotted Leno speeding on I-40. Officers attempted a traffic stop but leno refused to pull over. Leno took officers on a 50 plus mile chase that ended in the outskirts of Albuquerque.

@@chloecook4511it could be, people with fetal alcohol spectrum disorder (the new name for fetal alcohol syndrome) don’t usually have a sense of why stealing is wrong, as they view everything that exists as theirs. They also are known to get violent and/or throw tantrums in more severe cases, even as adults. Often people with the condition are repeat offenders in prison because there is no form of reliably effective treatment for them

Finally a great judge that actually considers the welfare and safety of the community and puts him in jail so he can't continue to threaten good, decent people in the streets. This trash bag criminal after this robbery and chase then went out and pulled a gun on a liquor store manager and robbed him by gunpoint. Great work judge as this is a definite threat to people and police. I knew when he got out of the car this is NOT his first encounter with police as he already knew exactly what to do and that's a red flag in my book.
