I will have to check my goals out to review them. For the letter K, I would suggest Kiss her once for me by Alison Cochran. I am reading it right now and loving it so far. Fun premise and find myself reaching for it.

Do you have access to The Rom-Commers by Katherine Center for R? If you need something short, Red at the Bone by Jacqueline Woodson is a good option. K is sort of hard-I read Kindred this year but I don’t have too many other titles on my TBR. Something that starts with “kill” or. “kiss”. Killers of the Flower Moon, Kill Joy by Holly Jackson. Or maybe The Kiss Quotient or The Kiss Curse or Kiss Her Once for Me

What is the app you are using? That sounds awesome. I do CrossFit 3x per week and I wear an Apple Watch, so that sounds like an awesome goal

It's an app through our health insurance, so I don't think anyone can use it?

You've now been making videos here in You Tube for over 3 years now. Your married and have two kids. As a former optician I'm curious if during either pregnancy you had any change in your eyesight which may have required you to get new glasses? I'm not sure if you are aware of this or not, but approximately 50% of pregnancies results in a change in eyesight for that young woman? In your case you would only need an increase in your glasses. But for those young ladies that always had perfect vision many of them are now wearing glasses for the first time. The change is permanent which is also something there often not aware of.

@@soundmanpt nope! I’ve had glasses since I was in 3rd grade and didn’t notice any significant changes when I was pregnant.
