An important source of magnesium and other minerals is the water that you drink (and use for cooking). And you can easily influence that. Ask your water company or test the water from the tap. If it's not good, then buy mineral water (check the labels). It should be around 50 mg/liter. It's a much easier solution than going on a special diet.

I got a spray from my daughter. I use it whenever my fingers move involuntarily. I mentioned it to my MD he did not seem to take me seriously .This upcoming physical, he is definitely going to listen. Thanks for the information it was very helpful.
@DiTuroProductions Жыл бұрын
Your doctor or pharmacist can tell you if a medication interference with magnesium absorption. Your doctor can order a blood test to check blood magnesium levels if he/she suspects a deficiency. You do not need your doctor to approve increasing dietary magnesium to see if it helps prevent your symptoms.

@DiTuroProductions3 жыл бұрын
It used to be very easy until people choose to replace home cooked meals with prepared foods. Many prepared foods have more synthetic ingredients than natural ingredients. Supplements can prevent serious diseases but they do not provide the nutrients and health benefits of minimally processed foods.
@AmandeanNaturalProducts Жыл бұрын
When it comes to magnesium absorption, the most important thing is choosing a magnesium supplement that offers high bioavailability, such as Magnesium L-Theornate. This magnesium form has been found to successfully pass the blood-brain barrier, granting high absorption rates. Of course, eating a balanced diet rich in foods that enhance magnesium levels is always a plus, and these foods include pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, almonds, spinach, cashews, soymilk, peanuts, and rolled oats.
