Glad you are back out on the road and having a great time!

Lol, I was born and raised in Oregon, multi generational from pioneers. I've never heard the phrase, "Oregon Outback", and I grew up in the sticks. Glad you enjoy the beauty ☺️

So, Wild! There are signs up everywhere east of Bend which is why I referred to it as such ☺️ your home state is beautiful!
@MW-on1ft Жыл бұрын
@@SheRoamsWild It's definitely a beautiful place. I think the "Oregon Outback", must be a tourist marketing thing, not a bad concept. I have fond memories of skiing on Mt. Bachelor in my youth. I haven't had a chance to check out your other videos yet, but if you haven't yet visited Crater Lake I highly recommend a visit. If the boat tours still run seasonally take the tour. It's a hike down and slow hike on the way back up due to the altitude but the perspective of how huge the lake and Crater is can only be experienced by being in the lake. The beautiful historic lodge looks so tiny sitting up on the rim. Trees which are two to three hundred feet tall look like toothpicks. the road around the rim and access to the boat tours depends on how much winter snow was had and how quickly they can get the road plowed.

Girl you are something else! I'm getting winded just watching you go up and down that trail.. I really am NOT an outdoorsy kind of girl considering I grew up in New York City, and literally have only been camping once and I don't even really count that because we were very close to civilization and not like we were out in the middle of the woods somewhere, me and a bunch of my friends got a campsite in a county Park for after prom and pitched a few tents and just grilled mad food and drank lots of beer, we stayed there for the weekend and that was ages ago but I digress, I'm really certain that I would absolutely love van life but I would probably stay near the city's more but don't get me wrong it is nice to get away from it all for a little while.. and I've been following you since you had the sprinter! I'm so happy to see that you're back out on the road again! (Please don't take this the wrong way but I really thought you we're almost about to give up on the Bigfoot and it was definitely breaking your spirit so watching that build was definitely hard and I can imagine it was even harder for you LOL) So I guess with my fear of camping I get to live vicariously through you, so thank you darling and congratulations for being so strong and just an all-around amazing human. ❤✌️🗽
