Someone tell me why I'm getting emotional over a clown motel. I love Zach's ability/willingness to talk to other people and learn their story without asking super invasive questions. Just "Why do you like clowns?" and suddenly you're helping a geologist move rooms because there's no AC and he loves staying at the motel because the beds are comfortable and he has a wife that loves meatloaf. It's so funny and unexpectedly wholesome, especially when a lot of content creators are farming for the most shocking content. And here's Zach meeting people where they are, and it's great because people are largely very interesting if you ask the right questions! I love this!!!

It's so true! The people who are most into horror and the macabre are extremely wholesome people, a prime example being Junji Ito--he was scwred of cats, so both to explore that and quench his fear he drew them often, especially in his mangas, and eventually came to appreciate them despite his fear. Because we can find joy in the darkness of things, and therefore darkness in everything, we have no trouble finding the light in everything too

Videos like this exemplify why the current cast, and thus current and future projects, are so likeable and feel good. Keith or Eugene could have also made their own versions of this project that while different, would still have the overarching openness to the experience. All three are able to take people as they are and have sincere moments and genuine interest with all walks of life. There were previous times where over the top antics and blatant smugness were palpable. I am so happy and excited for the future of the Try Guys and 2nd Try.

My boyfriend and I stayed here, and everyone told us we were crazy! My boyfriend swears he woke up in the night to a dark figure at the end of our bed, but I slept like a baby. Update: our room did not look like theirs haha. We just had creepy renditions of presidents as clowns for artwork

This comment is specifically for Zach. This sir, is easily my most favorite video that you’ve ever made. I hope there will be more of these bc you were absolutely in your bag. The documentary style with humor and heart. Chefs kiss my friend. 5 stars hands down. 🙌🏾💫🤩

Am I missing something or are you referring to Shane Madej and Ryan Bergara? Cos i don’t think The Boys have interacted with the Try Guys yet, but idk. The Boys that was referenced in this are the group of 5 men who met thru VR chat and are visiting haunted houses and stuff. If they do, would you mind telling me the episode number of the Trypod? Thanks!

@@marilee2099 I was basically just referring to how Zach referenced the original VR group bc of their video on this place at the beginning. I'm pretty sure they've never actually met but I could be wrong

Another side quest for you: the Seattle underground city. It's so cool. All of the downtown of Seattle burnt down once upon a time and instead of rebuilding it where it was, they rebuilt a story above with some wild side effects in the process of doing so. So there's this whole burned, Edwardian era underground city 15 feet below downtown Seattle. There's a tour company that has some sections of it, you know, tamed, but they only are in charge of a few sections. Even just their part is fascinating, but if you could get to see more that'd be SO COOL
