NOTIFICATION SQUAD: So it's 5:37am and I feel absolutely shattered; I wanted to make a special effort editing this video as I wanted to do Fukuoka justice and thus I've not stopped editing the last few days. That being said, I'm really happy with how it turned out - it's easily some of the best cinematography on Journey Across Japan so far. IF YOU'VE been to Ichiran, share your reviews with us all below and if you want to make me smile when I wake up tomorrow afternoon, please hit the like button! Ramen stadium. A must go. Best ramen in the world. In my opinion. I must go back to beautiful Japan. I miss it very much. And Fukuoka tower. And other places. Hope I can go soon. Hope we have peace. So I can go.

My son and I had for a long time talked about going to a ramen restaurant for a long time. In 2019 (right before the end of the world as we knew it) we got the chance. We actually went to an Ichiran in NYC. It was a new but exiting experience.
