Great fun my dude! Surprised how much you could do with spares you already had in stock. But I guess in your situation, you'll have a reasonable amount of bits and pieces hangin around. A shame you couldn't gloss out the windows somehow. Is it even possible to strip paint and have clear plastic after? And I certainly wouldn't have thought of gold for the body colour! But it looked great in the end! Interestingly I recently acquired an early SCX10, without the II or III ! I'm already in the process with the order of a Jeep Gladiator shell. But I'm taking it out for it's first drive today to the same spot where I tested out an RC4WD Land Rover, also pre the II spec setup. Looking at upgrading both somewhat, after the drive out though! 😁
