You have opened many peoples eyes and tastes for different foods all over the world. You do well with choices you have during covid times. Thai basil and Thai foods are my favs of foods. Tom yum soup episode is a great which I make for my family. You have to have a taste for curry and ginger compared to most USA eating habits. We need more herbs and spices and you bring it. Goodness, I miss the street food of Thailand. I always had my cousins from there order for me, eating real local food. I gained 20lbs in 2 months, just eating and drinking haha

Kanom jeen in southern part of Thailand gets its reputation by its spiciness and million kind of free vegetables served with. Some of them pickled, some fresh , some boiled, and some boiled with coconut milk. To eat Kanom Jeen is to have combination of herbssss. You may have Kanom Jeen with your selected curry or you may have it with mixed curry ... just like Ying, she went with two combined.
