Appreciate your sharing all of the missteps. Train travel can have its hiccups. Most videos show a smooth transport and that isn’t realistic. Thanks for keeping it real 👍

Milan is absolutely amazing! Love how diverse and vibrant city it is. 40 mins away you can be in Como, Torino, Genoa....Venice on Frecciarosa is only 2.5 hours. Regional trains is the slow boat and will take you to every stop along the way. Thanks for very nice vlog!

What you did wrong: 1. You didn’t look properly at your train schedule before buying a ticket to see which trains ran directly to Venice (I bet you only looked at the price of the ticket and bought the CHEAPEST one which means you stop at EVERY station), 2. You can take very efficient and CHEAP subway in Milan between stations….check that out next time, 3. Never buy an ICED coffee in Italy…that’s not how it is done. BTW, Milano Centrale has plenty of coffee and restaurants IN THE STATION, you were super stressed for NOTHING, 4 try pronouncing simple things in Italian a bit better…you will get better service. 5. I AM SORRY YOU GOT SO FRUSTRATED BUT ITALY IS ACTUALLY VERY ORGANISED IF YOU DO A LITTLE HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU TRAVEL. YOU ARE TAKING OUT YOUR ANGER ON A SYSTEM THAT DOESN’T DESERVE IT AND SETTING OTHER TRAVELLERS UP TO DO THE SAME.

In Italy trains are used a lot, it can happen that there are a lot of people and confusion, for a more peaceful journey you should have taken a high speed train, which however, obviously, costs more. oh, and please don't put your feet on the seats 😢😢

Unfortunately, you happened to see the worst video to keep your cool, of a guy who got it all wrong from the beginning by first taking the wrong train from the airport to Milan central station and then not taking a direct Frecciarossa or Italo train from Milan to Venice but two regional trains with connection in Verona. If you organize things well you will see that your train journey from Milan to Venice will not be a nightmare as he described. Have a good time!

I'm sorry, but with this video you only proved that you are a confused guy and not able to organize your trip well. You got it all wrong from the start by first taking the wrong train from the airport to Milano Centrale station and then not taking a direct Frecciarossa or Italo train from Milan to Venice but two regional trains with connection to Verona. You could also have reached the central station in no time by metro or bus instead of on foot. If you add to all these errors the particularly crowded day, because from what I see I think it was a holiday, here is that the trip has become a nightmare, but only because of you and not someone else.

@@Traintin2 There are many direct trains of the two operators between Milan and Venice every day and at all hours from early morning to late evening, strange that none met your needs. In the video it didn't seem that you found that trip funny, rather you seemed to complain. Anyway, anyone is free to travel as they please, of course. I prefer a quieter journey with as few hassless as possible. Buon viaggio! 😏👋

I've lived in Italy and done these trips loads of times ...its not so bad once you've done it the first time...I found Paris metro a nightmare ,I recall.. Italian coffee is the best...I think you need to go full espresso and not that milky junk...also you need to ask Italians to make it more hot...as for your ice coffee in London ...maybe find an independent coffee shop and forget the chains.....you don't research much , perhaps thats part of the adventure...I go on street view and look where i'm going before hand...I don't like the stress.

Tried to watch a few of these videos hoping they might improve. Moan, moan, moan, whinge, everything is everyone else's fault that I can't organise myself. Go to have a great time by searching for faults, insult others and have a miserable time. You would be better off going home. Sort yourself out and learn how to drop the attitude. Grow up and organise yourself better and stop acting as if the whole World owes you a living.
