I actually really enjoyed this as I can relate to many things. For the younger listeners it might not, but that is just because they are in another phase of life and that is where we've all been. I always try to remember that time and the thoughts that were part of that. It definitely helps me to be a good parent and mentor for my children. Two young adults and a nearly 17 year old. Btw that's also why I exercise every day. I'll be 61 this month and want to be there for them as long as I can...

Great discussion , felt as though I was a fly on the wall as you caught up with a good friend. Ric , being a Puerto Rican myself , was extremely inspiring to listen to. Both from a business and personal outlook on life.

Something about this guy seems a little off. As if he's trying hard to come across as compassionate. Very off putting. But Dr Attia, great as usual.

You guys suck! I made the mistake of listening to this while training, and when you guys started talking about kids, you hit me right in the feels, and I damn near fell off the chin ip bar. That said, great episode, keep up the great work!

Before making new taxpayers let's have some sense of knowledge and control on who is coming into the country. Social safety networks cannot work if there is unlimited demand. Very interesting that the challenges of keeping order of our border was not discussed not to mention the importance of adhering to legal immigration ideals.

Arnold Schwarzenegger may be great and exceptional in his own eyes - so might Tiger Woods - but they aren’t in the eyes of many. Ric is clearly exceptional. It all depends on what you value.

Thank you Dr Atilla for the health related information. This interview is very interesting, but concerning. Your guest would rather “be nowhere else” but in the United States but I’m not sure he values citizenship the way some do. I am surrounded by foreigners who became citizens over time by following the prescribed path. They would encourage all to follow the legal path that they followed.

@@joannepizel2728 thank you for speaking with intelligence. Mike there is so much to learn from and to listen to in you tube land. If you don’t like Dr. Attia or his guests then please look somewhere else. To complain says a lot about what you may have going on in your life and I truly hope you find something today that brings you joy. Life is too short..❤
