I bet CU will eventually have a good template on how to pay players. NIL money technically should be from companies who partner with institutions and by way of the player and the institution those partnerships should then market that company’s product. The money from those companies or company should have a monthly payout to the player that equals out to whatever yearly amount was agreed on. Add this to being on scholarship. All these players are not NIL caliber players. Those players who are not of this caliber that are not marketable can make a pay rage between 35k to 60k. Earning more aka getting a raise should then be incentivized based on performance and production.
