There was another show called Seven Days which also dealt with Time Travel, but only going back in time Seven Days. It seemed to be more Sucessful than Time Cop. It lasted I think 3 years.

Wooden stairs inside a swimming pool? And all the way to the bottom? They would rot out in less than a year or at least be extremely slimy .. whoops! It's in the details 😂😂

Yes Wooden Staris because of the weight problem on a ship That was so in thosed days
@geoffreymowbray67897 жыл бұрын
A ship of that time and importance would have had 3 wireless sets .Even with almost no passengers she would still have a reduced crew of at least 300. The location of the swimming pool would be located at least 2 decks above the the ship's bottom structure so the explosion would not cause the loss of the ship. The logical place to place explosives would be on the bilge valves, seacocks and machinery water inlets.

Unlikely scenario for one reason. Claire stated that she was nine years old when her grandmother (Edith) died. The parts where Edith experienced a sort of déjá vu whenever she spoke to Claire was never fully explained. Perhaps it only served to make the story more interesting.

The planet moves around the sun. If you are smart enough to build a real working time machine that can compensate for the Earth's rotation AND its orbit around the sun, then you're smart enough to make sure your time traveler lands anywhere on the planet that you want.

@matthewwriter95395 жыл бұрын
A lot of time travelers steal outfits, but if your goal is to make as few ripples as possible, then you should pay someone today to make as accurate an outfit as possible for you...one for each day and situation you think you'll need. Then you can blend in right away. The act of stealing those clothes may cause a bigger ripple than you think.

If you're referring to the record player in the very beginning that's a 78 RPM record not an LP (Long Play) 33 RPM.
@andershammer93075 жыл бұрын
And the record player was running at 33/3 RPM on a 78 record. At the end where magnets were used to upset the compass that came from the record player was impossible as in 1939 speakers had electromagnets not permanent magnets.

Most all of these are bogus because once they found out what was going on they could go back to an earlier time and stop them from putting the gold and a bomb on the boat. All of these stories have that huge hole in them.

Yeah but they are fun to watch, light entertainment
@DJSherinee6 жыл бұрын
LOL, but they can't go back and then go back again, the idea is that they can only go back once. there was that remake pilot of The time tunnel. When one of the characters was killed off they talked about how they could only go back once. But this show is fun to watch, not enough time travel shows out right now, just Timeless and Travelers, and that new show The Crossing but it doesn't count because they only travel to the past and stay there.

So you're telling me that a Grandchild that goes back in time and meets her grandmother, can still touch her? wouldn't her grandmother know that she met Claire in 1939 and question that later in life (before she died)? They sure know a lot about the TEC considering its a Classified Agency.
@erikdreiling24925 жыл бұрын
Kevin Howard Claire’s grandmother would not necessarily figure out that she met her future granddaughter in 1939, since the grandmother died when Claire was nine years old. They already touched on this theme with the grandmother having a strange sense of familiarity whenever being around Claire, despite Claire not having been born for another thirty-some-odd years. Besides, Claire only spent a few hours with her grandmother in ‘39, so the odds of her remembering Claire in detail are nil.

This had such promise.Too bad the writing and directing was so juvenile they missed that potential. Like in this episode. How is it Hemming's hairstyle changed during the jump to match the times yet they are never dressed to blend in, they have to steal clothes first thing? They never carry weapons even though they are dealing with violent criminals. And they ran with idiot stereotypes like this "redneck", and we all know that guy's stupidity is going to cost the bad guys the win.
