Last time I went to SF I had to watch every step for human feces on the sidewalk, got followed by an aggressive panhandler for several blocks, witnessed shantytowns, open air drug markets, and people selling items stolen from local businesses in what can only be described as a scene from the Iranian Grand Bazaar. I see a lot of comments saying either that’s way too much for very little or how much more they could buy with it. I would say you are buying a living experience. Unlike most, I’ve never lived anywhere where I look out my window and it’s hundreds and hundreds of feet down or a skyline that makes you feel like a king in a castle. So I understand why this is $25 million. And I can imagine the property taxes and HOA are similar!
