Very informative thank you for providing these slides they are very helpful. I live in 🇨🇦 10 yrs ago my upper teeth were removed I believe most of them were removed for profit! 4 implants were placed 3 months later. I was not provided with a treatment plan and was sent off to a dentist for a denture to be put on my implants.(it's been a nightmare for 10yrs) this was strictly a denture with 4 liner holes for the implant (awful) 2 of the implants failed due to bone loss. I am now starting the process for replacing the lost implants a 3D panoramic x-ray shows that I need a sinus lift at 68yrs old this is my one chance for a better quality of life. I have made a lot of notes from your video and will be asking my surgeon a lot of questions. I definitely like the idea of a one piece implant bridge verses all on 4. Thank you so very much for your video on this issue.

Is there any chance that even with the all on four treatment having been done, you are able to do something along the lines of this? It is so unfortunate that dentists are selling the all on four and patients find out after the fact what they have to do!!

We can usually improve the prostheses significantly but that bone removal bell cannot be unrung. Meaning, the FP3 that is the result of All-on-4 cannot be turned into an FP1 or an FP2.

What size implants do you use in the cases of anterior maxilla bone loss..and can you place bridge in type 3 or 4 bone?
